Fantastic 5.0
We had a very pleasant experience with the arrival transfer service. The driver was punctual, friendly and professional, and was already waiting for us when we arrived. He assisted us with our luggage and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the drive was smooth and safe. Everything was well organised and hassle-free from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend this transfer service to anyone looking for a reliable and professional airport transfer. Thank you for making our arrival so smooth and enjoyable!

Fantastic 5.0
It was a fantastic experience and well worth it for the incredible views of the city lit up at night, including a great angle of the Canton Tower and the surrounding skyline! The 3rd-floor open deck is top-tier. Being up top gives you completely unobstructed 360-degree views and amazing photo opportunities of the city lights and the modern architecture along the river. The cruise lasts for about 70 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time to relax, take photos, and enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. Booking the 3rd deck came with an assigned table, plus some complimentary tea and snacks, which made the trip extra comfortable. Make sure to arrive at the pier at least 20 to 30 minutes before departure. If you are used to orderly lines, the crowd management here can feel a bit overwhelming, as people tend to push forward rather than queue up properly. Overall, the actual cruise experience on the top deck was wonderful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Guangzhou!

Redemption was a bit of a hassle since on the day, it returned a link to confirm but it could not be accessed. However, the cruise was excellent. The open top floor is 100% recommended for the unobstructed views.

Have to book your seating before hand. quite far from Beijing Road, nearly takes half an hour taking didi. Towards the end the rush out the last few dishes. It is weird dessert is served in between the meal. Reach early to play games earn money for the bidding in the show.

What to know before visiting Guangzhou

Quick snapshot of Guangzhou City and what draws visitors

Guangzhou City sees steady interest year-round with Theme parks, Observation decks and Events & shows leading bookings. Demand spikes around the January peak and falls sharply into August, giving the city a rhythm of busy winters and quiet late-summer months.

Best times to visit based on crowds and prices

According to Klook booking data, January is the busiest month while August is the quietest. Prices rise toward the January peak and drift lower through the autumn: Klook bookings show September is typically the cheapest month for activities, while January is usually the priciest. Travellers seeking smaller crowds and lower prices should favour September and the late-summer trough, while those after peak-season atmosphere and more events will find January most lively. Overall, demand and price broadly move together here—busiest months tend to be the more expensive ones.

Tips for travellers from Singapore

Most visitors from Singapore typically finalise activity plans about seven days ahead, with many last-minute bookings possible up to one day before. If you want the widest choice for popular Theme parks and Events & shows during January’s peak, plan or secure bookings a few weeks in advance; for a flexible, spontaneous short break, late-summer and September offer lower demand and better value. Use Klook to compare options and lock in the experiences you want before travel.
